By accepting the terms of service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal right to accept terms for the person, entity, organization, or business that you represent and that you acknowledge that Buntin & Smith, LLC provide video coaching, instructional videos, and community, via monthly or annual subscription and that nothing on the Users Site shall be considered an endorsement, representation, or warranty with respect to any User or third party, whether in regard to its web site, products, services, experience, or otherwise.
If you are purchasing a membership, you authorize Buntin & Smith, LLC to add you to member email lists and to keep you informed of news, events and other member benefits. You understand that you can opt-out at any time via email.
